These boys make it to Top 12:
Matt Corby — "I Wish" (Stevie Wonder)
Jacob Butler — "Chasing Cars" (Snow Patrol)
Review the boys' performances

It's not surprising for Matt to be up there. He pretty much have the slot in the bag, what with his charming good-looks and promising talent. His being there poses a challenge for him. At 16, how flexible is he gonna be?
Jacob, on the other hand, has proven himself to be a seasoned performer. Many have appreciated his rendition of "Chasing Cars", which is probably why he is there instead of Matt's scarf-twin, Daniel (who I think will definitely be getting on board when he makes it to the wildcard round).
On to the next group, the first six girls...Still not blown away. But I give credit for their song choices. ;) I got these videos late so I know the results already but I'll leave that one out for the next entry.
Here are the girls:
Song List
Sally Van der Zwart — "Never Again" (Kelly Clarkson)
Natalie Gauci — "Hurt" (Christina Aguilera)
Cheray Doughty — "Tell Me About It" (Joss Stone)
Tarisai Vuche — "River Deep, Mountain High" (Tina Turner)
Jesse Curran — "One" (U2)
Lana Krost — "Big Girls Don't Cry" (Fergie)
Of all the girls, it's Jesse Curran who isn't getting any love from the public because of her involvement in this very recent scandal.
