House was Monday night's most watched program with 16.5 million viewers (6.5/18-49). The two-hour premiere was described as something like a feature film. Meanwhile, Heroes lost 46% of its audience (against last year's premiere). Gossip Girl, also on this same time slot, whimpered.
The Big Bang Theory is climbing steadily. The junior series had a record almost as strong as Two and A Half Men, a viewer favorite. HIMYM did pretty well, too.
Dancing With The Stars had its poorest premiere rating, compared to its previous seasons.
New show Accidentally on Purpose, I think, did alright (8.99Million 3.2/18-49) but it's still too soon to tell if the show is sticking around. More on this later.
Sophomore series, Castle, bested Leno's show but it's CSI Miami which ruled 10 PM. No surprises.
